Arbitration

International arbitration laterals, recruited nationwide.

Arbitration practices depend on cross-border hearings and written submissions, and the right firm depends on the cases you want next.

The Search

The cases you want to keep.

Lateral Lock starts with your arbitration record: commercial or investment-treaty cases, the institutions and seats involved, your languages, and your role in the written and hearing phases.

  • Matching the practice.Commercial arbitration and investment-treaty arbitration are different records, and the institutions, seats, and languages of the cases decide the fit. We target arbitration groups where your case history and languages match the work.
  • Researching each group. For each firm we review the platform, work mix, clients, offices, and trajectory of the arbitration practice.
  • Accurate materials. We arrange the resume in the order an arbitration group screens: commercial or treaty, institution and seat, language, then your role in the written and hearing phases. You approve every resume edit before the resume goes out. A short cover letter leads with the experience that firm prioritizes and goes out with the submission unless you ask to see it first.
  • Confidential throughout. You authorize every introduction. We prepare you for interviews and help negotiate.
